Functions to play:
1. Social networks ShBarcelona and ShMadrid:
- Facebook, Linkedin, Google+.
- Creation of content (articles, images, video, etc.).
- Manage the content of the editorial calendars.
2. SEO actions:
- Create a SEO content on the web and social networks.
4. Operational marketing.
Requirements:
The position is in the Marketing Communication Department, we need a profile with a learning formation in business and communication.

1. Missions:
Yield management, platform B2B sector tourist apartment management:
- Control of the stock of apartments.
- Inventory's positioning at distributors.
- Development of pricing policy and calendar 2016.
Business development:
- Collaboration on the offer's development.
- Prospecting new markets.
- Development of the Tourism Department in the B2B and B2C market segment (Objective 2015 + 25%).
Marketing and communication:
- Development of a commercial database on A-2, mailing, voucher & discount.
- Development of apartments' descriptive texts in several languages.
- Study of the use of the site Internet ShBarcelona.com with potential customers.
2. Required profile:
- You are learning in a business school.
- You have an interest in the tourism sector and its services, and have good analytical skills.
- You speak English and French (Spanish would be a plus).
- Qualifications: Relational and business sense developed, taste for figures and results, organization, autonomy and creativity.
3. Working time:
Monday to Friday from 10 to 19 hrs (1 hr 15 mins for lunch).
4. Environment and working tools:
Agency of Casanova Street, 100 Barcelona Table with computer and telephone sets.
5. Remuneration:
€ 300 / month
6. Responsible for the trainee:
Head of the pole of tourist ShBarcelona rental.
Tasks:
- Deal with costumers and owners, mainly foreigners (UK, USA, France, pays Scandinavian countries).
- Management and administration of Barcelona's apartment portfolio.
- Participate in the company's trade policy.

Vehicle needed.

Schedule:

Tasks:
- Receive and manage client demand whether in person, by phone or via email.
- Deal with customers that are mainly foreigners (UK, USA, France, Scandinavian countries).
- Organize, coordinate and make visits.
- Request and study the documentation provided.
- Sales visits to companies, organizations and institutions.
